Rachael Wyartt is a qualified trainer and Relational Dynamics coach with over 20 years’ experience in the charity sector.
She is a Mental Health First Aider and the Director and Co-Founder of Kiltti, a business dedicated to embedding kindness into leadership, workplace culture and communities.
Rachael cares deeply about creating spaces where people feel heard, valued and able to thrive, and brings compassion, insight and authenticity to her work with Suffolk#WeMatter.
